Clay Fowler

Clay has spent 12 years in real estate, helping buyers, sellers, and property owners across Jackson and West Tennessee. His father has owned commercial real estate for years, and Clay took several real estate courses in college, so the industry was always on his radar. After a few years with the Jackson Generals in minor league baseball, he joined a local brokerage owned by a family friend.

A North Jackson native who still lives there, Clay knows the area well and also serves clients throughout Madison, Gibson, Chester, Crockett, and Henderson counties. His focus is primarily residential, and he has recently expanded into commercial real estate with additional coursework, lease deals, and commercial transactions. He holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation and has helped around 300 clients in his career.

Clients appreciate that Clay is accessible, responsive, and straightforward. He stays involved from start to finish and will always give you his honest opinion, because his job is to give you the perspective you need to make a good decision, not to tell you what you want to hear.

Outside of work, Clay enjoys time with his wife and two sons, golf, the Tennessee River, and cheering on Ole Miss.
