Jon Roberts

Jon is a licensed real estate agent serving Jackson and the surrounding Madison and Gibson County area. After spending most of his career in healthcare, mainly hospice, he wanted to keep helping people through big moments in their lives, just in a different way. He earned his license in December 2025 and is also EVP of Internal Operations at Johnson Holding Company, where he oversees Cornerstone Realty, Cornerstone Property Management, Local Construction and Development, and Cherokee Home Services.

Jon’s primary focus is commercial real estate, though he also enjoys helping residential buyers and sellers. With more than 10 years of management experience, from operations to sales, and daily work across property management, construction, and home services, he helps clients look past the sale. They get a practical view of what a property costs to maintain, what it needs to be rent-ready, and how to get the most out of it as an investment.

His years in hospice care taught him to listen, be patient, and walk with people through big decisions, and he brings that same care and compassion to every client. Above all, he loves working with people and finding solutions.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys time with his wife, Bethany, and their four children, Ryleigh, Harper, Benjamin, and Hannah. They are active in their church and have served as youth leaders for the past four years. Jon also stays active with running and lifting weights.
